Millikin’s women’s soccer team scored an impressive road victory Wednesday night knocking off previously unbeaten Webster University 1-0 in Fenton, Mo.
Millikin’s Chelsea Smalley scored the game winning goal in the 61st minute. Big Blue freshman Kayla Lojas earned the shutout in goal, recording three saves.
Millikin improves to 3-1 on the season while the Gorlocks fall to 5-1. The Big Blue play at Rose-Hulman on Sept. 14.
