On Wednesday Oct. 29, the Millikin women’s soccer team went into double overtime and then tied at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. The Cardinals had out shot the Big Blue with 23-5, but Millikin’s Kayla Lojas (Sophomore) was amazing in the goal with an extraordinary nine saves recorded for the game. Millikin now advances to 3-12-2 towards the end of their season, while North Central moves to 6-6-3. The Big Blue women’s soccer team will finish out the end of their season when they host Augustana College on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 5pm.
