Big Blue won its own Big Blue Fall Classic on Oct. 3-4 at Red Tail Run and Hickory Point Golf Courses in Decatur, IL. The men of Millikin didn’t mind the chilling weather as they shot a team total of 587, 291 Friday and 296 on Saturday, won by 22 strokes.

Millikin’s Blaine Buente was the individual medalist with an even par 144 (71-73). Alex Koulos (74-74) was four shots back at 148. Anthony Lechman was fourth at 149 (74-75). John Doyle tied for fifth at 150.

This tournament wraps up the season but the Big Blue will return in March with their annual Spring Break trip to Arizona.
