Millikin women defeated Principia College 2-1 in double overtime on September 16 in Elsah, Illinois. Millikin’s Angela Pulice scored the game winner with three minutes left in the second OT with the assist going to Cassidy Copeland. Millikin tied the game two minutes into the second period on a goal by Copeland. Anna Benvenuto had a solid game with 14 saves. After this game Millikin was 2-4-1.

On September 20^th Big Blue women were in Chicago playing the University of Chicago. They lost 4-0. Benvenuto held up well with 11 saves. Big Blue women’s soccer now stands 2-5-1.
