This week’s senior spotlight focuses on Ashley Flores, from the women’s soccer team. Ashley is a chemistry major, as well as a three year veteran in her fourth year of playing for the women’s soccer team here at Millikin.

Ashley has played soccer since she was seven or eight years old and she hopes to go far this season. This season, the team has played well in their first set of match, said Flores. She is excited to move forward and see how the team will play in conference. Her goal for this season is to make it into the CCIW tournament.

Flores plans to attend graduate school somewhere where she can continue doing research. One of her memorable moments playing soccer here at Millikin was when her and her teammates went to France last year. She is excited to graduate but will miss her classmates.
