17 year old reunited with parents after being kidnapped at birth

According to Fox News, a child that was kidnapped at birth in 1997 has been found 17 years away.

That’s not the end to this miraculous story, the kidnapped girl who has been missing for 17 years was found at the same school her biological sister attended.

As for the girl’s kidnapper the now 50 year old woman will appeared in court for charges of kidnapping and fraudulently pretending to be the girl’s mother according to the report released by Fox News. The report goes on to account the extraordinary event.

Apparently the girl and her younger sister were introduced when students at the school noted the uncanny resemblance to each other. The girls quickly became friends, and eventually the eldest daughter came over to visit her new friend.

Upon meeting his daughter for the first time since her abduction in 1997, the father said that he knew this was his missing daughter. According to the report, he contacted authorities immediately and asked that the case be reopened and a DNA test be taken.

The girl has now been reunited with her biological family. The names of the kidnapped girl and the woman who kidnapped have been kept out the news due to a court order.

 

ISIS destroys priceless artifacts

The Guardian has reported that the militant group ISIS has struck again in the campaign of terror in Iraq. This time Mosul’s museum has suffered a heavy loss.

According to the report, ISIS stormed the museum and began smashing priceless ancient artifacts. The report says that artifacts date back to the Assyrian and Akkadian empires. ISIS has been in control of Mosul since June.

The justification of the destroying of these ancient artifacts is released in the video. Just before members of ISIS begin to smash the artifacts, a spokesperson for the group says that the Assyrian and Akkadian’s are guilty of polytheists and read a verse from the Quran on idol worship according to the report and the video released by The Guardian.

 

Putin opponent shot dead outside of the Kremlin

Reuters reports that Boris Nemtsov was shot four times in the back near the Kremlin on Friday, Feb. 27.

Boris Nemtsov is known for is opposition against the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Nemtsov is known for publicly criticizing Russia and Putin’s involvement in the Ukraine.

The report says that Nemtsov’s assailants were driving a white car and shot Nemtsov as he crossed Moskva River. The report states that the Ukranian woman who was walking with Nemtsov was unhurt. The government of Russia denies any involvement in the murder, and has declared the killing under presidential control the report stated. It is believe by Putin and the government that the killing was planned to start an uproar before Nemtsov’s protest that was supposed to take place two days later.

The report goes on to cite another who opposes Putin’s rule in Russia. The report says that Garry Kasparov said that even if Putin didn’t hire the killers Nemtsov, one of his followers most certainly did. Kasparov said that it was the fault of the propaganda that Putin continues to put out about enemies of the state. The investigation will continue, but it wouldn’t be the first time that someone who opposes Putin has been murdered and the crime never solved.
